■ Develop product quality ITP plan1

Develop an ITP plan to control product quality based on product process and control points.

■ Blank Marking

The center line of the tooth center is determined according to the center of the thickness of the slab blank as a rough reference for subsequent processing.

■ Roughmilling Joint

For the straight tooth ring gear, the key is to level the waist line to be controlled within 1mm; for the helical tooth ring, the key is to strictly match the joint line to ensure that the joint surface is seamless.

■ Rough lathe Processing

It is necessary to control the height difference of the whole circle within 1mm, and then look for the light after the end face is seen. The error must be controlled within 1mm.

■ Semi-Finshing

Adjust the datum and determine the center of the circle to ensure there is enough margin between the inner and outer circles. The two halves of the ring gear are stacked and the error must be controlled within 1 mm. When milling is completed, the ring gear is relatively loose as much as possible, minimizing the generation of residual stresses.After semi-finishing the joint, check the angle and flatness of the joint to ensure that the gap between the ring gear and the joint meets the drawing and technical requirements.

■ Finishing Stage

The machining process of the precision lathe does not reverse: the number of support points: the number of support points of the ring ≤ φ11 m ring gear is 16; the number of support points of diameter ≥ φ11 is not less than 24. Four beat records: 4 end jumps and runout tests and records of the ring gear as required to analyze the change of end jump and run jump during the ring gear finishing process.The relationship between the number of support points on the hobbing machine and the diameter is 1.5~2 support points/meter.

■ Lifting and storage

Try to increase the lifting point to avoid excessive concentration of the force point when lifting. The split ring gear (in the case of a half ring gear) should be hoisted at least 4 points when the whole plane is hoisted, 2 of which straddle the joint surface and half of the ring gear When lifting, try to increase the lifting point to avoid too much concentration. Try to increase the ring gear deformation or residual stress due to improper storage during the finishing process of the fulcrum ring gear or after processing into finished products. Therefore, when the ring gear is stored, the fulcrum is increased as required, and a uniform spacer is utilized.
