Reducer structure
1.Vertical roller mill reducer is mainly composed of six parts, namely bevel gear transmission part, parallel shaft transmission part, planetary transmission part, thrust bearing part, box part and lubrication part.
2.All the external gears of the product are designed with hard tooth face gear technology according to the infinite life, while the inner ring gear is tempered. All the cylindrical external gears are made of high quality alloy structural steel. After carburizing and quenching, the surface hardness of the gears is HRC58-62, and the core hardness is HRC32-42. The inner gear ring is quenched and tempered by high quality alloy structural steel and grinded by the inner gear. The accuracy of the gear reaches grade 6 of GB10095 standard.
3. Compared with the general vertical mill reducer, the product adds a first-order parallel-axis gear transmission; the parallel-axis passive gear is connected with the solar wheel of the planetary transmission part through the tooth coupling, and keeps the solar wheel floating; the solar wheel drives the planetary wheel and planetary frame to rotate, and the flange of the grinding disk is connected with the planetary frame, thus driving the grinding disk to rotate.
4.The inner gear ring of the planetary transmission part is no longer a part of the box body; the weight borne on the flange of the grinding disc is transmitted directly to the foundation through thrust bearing and box body.
5.The reducer adopts hydrostatic thrust bearings to bear vertical grinding load, each thrust bearing is supplemented by Babbitt alloy. The optimum number of thrust bushes for thrust bearings is 8-15. The thrust bushes generally adopt sector structure. The ratio of the average arc length to the width (the difference between inner and outer radius) of the thrust bushes should be controlled between 0.6-2.0. The bearing surface material is made of elastic metal plastic wear resistant material.
6. The reducer box body is designed as a welded structure of structural steel with a cylindrical appearance. The average force diameter of the box body is equal to the average force diameter of thrust bearing, which ensures that the box body does not bear bending moment under axial load and that the axial force is transmitted directly through the box wall to the foundation.
7.The lubrication of vertical mill reducer includes both low pressure lubrication and high pressure lubrication. Low pressure lubrication is used for gear meshing and rolling bearings, and high pressure lubrication is used for thrust bearings. All lubrications are supplied by full hydrostatic station.
8.The reducer has its own lubrication system to provide compulsory lubrication for gear meshing, rolling bearings and thrust bearings. The cooling mode of the lubrication station is oil cooler, and the cooling water volume is about 51 m3/h.
9.The reducer has its own elastic coupling, which connects the motor with the input shaft of the reducer, and a control device for controlling the axial movement of the main motor rotor. 10. The reducer has its own auxiliary drive chain wheel drive system (slow drive drive drive), including variable frequency motor and reducer, which is used for grinding disc of slow drive vertical mill for maintenance.
