The manufacturer of welding material (welding rod, protective gas or flux used in the process) should provide complete certification. ■ Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Process Qualification Record (PQR): Before using WPS and PQR, the manufacturer should submit all WPS and PQR used in the whole welding process in advance. ■ Visual Inspection Report (T): All visual inspection (master material inspection, interface processing, and finish manufacturing before and after stress release) shall be in accordance with AWSD1.1/D1.1M:2006. ■ Non-destructive testing report:
submit magnetic particle testing (UT) and ultrasonic testing (MT) reports of base metal, flange and weld. ■ Dimension Inspection Report: Dimension Inspection Report, including test assembly, compile all dimension inspection records, including test assembly, display the dimensions and tolerances in accordance with the drawings.
