2.Quality control system
After the technical solution is determined, our professional technical team will carry out quality control system and formulate the ITP plan of the quality process. The process personnel will be responsible for the connection with the production workshop and the production will be carried out in accordance with the process requirements strictly and every link in the production process will be controlled. If there is any change in process execution, it can only be implemented after the signature of the responsible person. Every production link is in charge by respective person to record the process parameter, each girth gear product has the complete data record and is signed by the company person in charge, finally can be allowed into the warehouse and be filed.

4.Detection advantage
In the manufacturing process of girth gear, various sizes need to be tested, UT and MT non-destructive testing are required many times. Each girth gear casting processes has a body sample, which can be used to accurately detect the chemical composition and metallographic structure of the girth gear and to analyze the metallurgical quality of the girth gear casting, the quality of the heat treatment. The various mechanical properties are tested, the perfect hardness and impact toughness are achieved to ensure the microstructure balance of the girth gear.

6.Delivery time
