■ Mill shall be shut down regularly to check the use of liners and the wear of lifting bars. The height of lifting bars and thickness of other parts need to be measured. Meanwhile, the service life of liners shall be predicted, and the usage of liners should also be tracked and measured so as to accurately judge the service life and reduce the shutdown frequency.
■ The wear rates of different types of liners and different parts of the same liners of grinding mill should be measured in order to provide data support for the next structural optimization of liners.
■ Long-term on-site tracking coupled with continuous optimization and improvement is conducive to service life enhancement of grinding mill liners and uniformity of the overall life.
